distorting scores
I Sipho Petrus Maleke id no ***. have a concern with my score. My Score was sitting on 651 for quite a long time without any arrears into my accounts. the last time i logged in to check my score was on the 19 May 2020 with OTP number 1928. My score was still 651. Today the 22nd of May 2020 when i logged in with OTP 9915. To my surprise my score went down to 627. A total of 24 points lost, from good status to average. Added comments are "keep paying your unsecured accounts and Pay back more of your outstanding balances to improve your score". When my score was on 651 only comments were "Secured accounts could help show that your can stick to a payment schedule and You are relying too much on revolving credit. Please fix these mess as i cannot afford my name to be dented while my accounts are up to date. Please explain to me which secured accounts do i have as i dont have one. Tell me were you got that information. You really fustrate me during these time as a country facing difficulities. Please fix these, as it might cause deppression on me. I wont wait for 20 workings days for your negligent and *********** of you staff member. Arno Beukes please lead your staff to show them the accurate staff moral when handling a consumer profile .

22 May 2020, 16:19i called your contact centre no *** . about 16:00 spoked to Zain Golden. He gave me email address to email my query there , that i must include my id document and proof of resisdents. Bear in mind that i am umnder lockdown how can i provide such document as post office is not delivering letters no internet cafe is opened to scan id document. please advise what should i do to get assitance from your organisation. Zain did all security checks with me over the phone. please advise all your consultants working remotely to do accurate job. please fix your mess compuscan
