Distinctly Shocking Service

Distinctly shocking service. I have been emailing and trying to call all week and there has been no response.

My debt has been paid and was updated by transunion within 2 days but with Experian it is a problem to even get someone to answer the phone. Also Experian shows a debt that is 4 years old and was closed last year as current/active.

So many people are complaining about your service and that all you do is say an agent will respond and then that never happens. What is the problem with Experian?
