Disregard for people’s reputation

I wrote to Experian SA on 29 September 2023 to update my credit details. Looking at what they reported regarding my accounts, one would swear that one is not making payments. In 1st October they acknowledged receipt of my email and that they would revert to me. To my surprise, my credit report as released by Clear Score that no update of my accounts was made.

Experian seems to not take consumers serious. One of the credit bureau’s that I wrote to at the same time as I wrote to Experian, XDS, has updated my details and issued a new credit report.

I want the following account details updated all three African Bank accounts and SA Homeloan.
