Disregard for paid up accounts by Experian

I paid off all my outstanding amounts in November 2021. To date Experian SA has not updated 1 account as closed. This account remains outstanding and tarnishing to my credit score. To make matters worse i have lodged 2 disputes which have just been ignored. Getting into contact with them is close to impossible as the phone remains ringing without any answer for minutes on end.
