Disputing a debt.

I'm so frustrated!!!....I don't understand why this company has contact numbers but you never get through to them...

I sent information disputing the debt they have on their system which was long closed. I spoke to the merchant I'm no longer reflecting under thier databse but when I send information to dispute I get no attention.

This is affecting my credit score I have worked really hard to build. Ay km defeated.
