Disputes with Experian Up

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with the way my disputes have been handled. On the 12th of August 2025 the relevant documents were sent to Experian by the debt counselor after I paid up my loans. Experian has not done their job by updating my profile and removing disputes under my ID number. I am being pulled from pillar to post trying to sort out my life and credit. The numbers I call linked to Experian are not being answered the WhatsApp consultants are definitely not helping they will not do the due diligence and basically do their work. I am told that it will take 20 business working days when the disputes were logged over 30 business days. I am utterly disappointed by the lack of work ethic. As a single black mother I am trying my best to sort out my life and basically I am at Experians mercy and their side they hide behind automated consultants and the numbers we call are not answered. How else are we suppose to sort our lives out when the support is not there? On the 12th of August 2025 every single relevant document was submitted to Experian by the debt review counselor and I have proof of emails the consultatnt at Experian is telling me NO there were no submissions meanwhile I have the hard evidence why am I going through this when everything on my side had been done? I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted by this.
