Disputes to credit report go unanswered

I have raised several disputes on my credit report and have not a single response on any of them. It is shameful that this company holds your financial health in its hands. When I asked why no ticket had automatically been created for the disputes raised, they said first my online dispute would be captured and then an email copy of my dispute would be generated. What a load of *******. If I knew the online system would not generate a paper trail for me, I would have lodged a dispute manually using their email address. Banks and finance organizations need to stop using this company.
