Disputes does not take 20 business days with Experian SA

The information on Mycreditcheck and Mycreditexpert is different. What is the difference between the two? Why does it not have the same information since it is both from Experian SA. I also logged disputes a month ago and four different people request information from me regarding the disputes and I had responded yet I receive another email requesting information from me today, a month later. I asked questions, only to continuously receive automated replies requesting information. Also no way of keeping track of all the disputes like transunion does. Everything is all over the place. We are supposed to check our reports and make sure everything is in order yet we cannot do so with no tracking and automated emails.
