Disputed debt

I disputed a debt that was paid up which is affecting my credit score. I received feedback that it was closed only when I check my credit score I see not 1 but 2 accounts of the same company are still Open!!???how when I have provided paid up latter that those accounts are paid up now my credit score decreased ... I have been going back and forth with you guys... This is so sad. (Re: Experian - 338551 reference) can I please have those accounts closed....
