Dispute that was lodged a month ago is still not resolved

What is wrong with Experian SA? There are not answering calls, not responding to emails and yet not updating my profile!! You guys are ruining my life! I've lodged disputes and sent paid up letters a month ago but still my information is not updated... this is frustrating
