Dispute -Telkom Mobile Account

Good day , I would like to launch a dispute against Telkom Mobile. I have been doing credit (https://www.mycreditcheck.co.za ) checks and I discovered that Telkom has listed my account as in arrears even though the account was closed long time ago after the contract ended.I have been calling and sending the emails, they keep telling me they can't find any of my records on their system.

I asked them to remove the listing cause they can't any of my records but still no luck. I have been asking you to remove it from my profile but still your not removing.
