Dispute team not helpfull

Called the call centre and instead of taking down my details to check my profile they gave me general info on how to log a dispute. I could've checked that on the website myself.

After sending my police affidavid, copy of my ID and my proof of address and details re my dispute they come back a day later demanding further certified copies..

Did the company that loaded my info provide certified copies or did you take their word for it..

I did not tell you to load my info.. Nor to help a company create a bad name 4 me.. Why do I have to slaughter goats to the discretion to get my name cleared while you sit there and not lift a finger..
