Dispute still not resolved.

This is for reference ERP***: 1 LIFE DIRECT LOANS. I submitted a dispute about a prescribed loan still appearing on my credit report. They responded and said it had been removed, but it's still there on my credit report and it is affecting my credit score in a negative way. I sent an email 1 week ago and still no response to this day.
