Dispute still not resolved

I logged a dispute with Experian in June 2015, has no response till I complained on Hello Peter. I was contacted, then emailed my ref, later emailed again that they are still working on the issue and then they sms'd me. I have had nothing since from Experian since and this more than the 20 working days promised to resolve my query.<br> <br> Today I called Experian, was kept on hold for 15min, called answer by a lady called Mpho. She immediately put me on hold when I told her what I'm calling about, only to return and ask again how she can help me. <br> <br> she then confidently told me they have not given any feedback on my dispute because they don't have my contact details or email. Now all this from the same people who have called, sms'd and emailed me and today they don't have my contacts.<br> <br> I have dealt with XDS and Transunion, regarding the same matters and they were resolved within 20 working days. I really can not deal with experian and the type of agents they have on the calls.<br> <br> ***<br> <br> Good luck to me!
