Dispute still not attended to

I still have not received any response. This really is poor service. I mean if Im querying an account I disputed the company should be checking under disputes and see which account I'm referring to... I still have no response. I'm still at this companies mercy... This is done on purpose, go subotage my credit score because if not I would have gotten feedback and the is fixed.

At this point feeling very helpless what must I do to get this sorted????
