Dispute since 2022

This credit berue is so useless since 2022 I sent them documents to update my credit profile but still they didn't which makes my life so hard I can't access many things because of their incompetence worst of it they won't respond to the emails and calls I need urgent help on this matter or this company should be rendered out of service since they don't do their jobs properly.
