Dispute query not resolved

Experian is the worst company ever and I am very disappointed by the service I have received from them. I requested them to look into my dispute which I have paid and closed off the account last year already: Dispute feedback - EJR***. I was advised by Thulisile Mbatha from Customer Relations Centre that my dispute has been resolved in my favor and that the Account will be removed from my name. Now it's still there and its affecting my credit score. I would love for this to be resolved. I have been calling them for months now, their line does not go through, the website provided does not work. How light is this company???? I demand feedback ASAP. I am not happy at all with their service.
