Dispute outcome

Can someone at Experian assist me?

I've logged countless disputes for the same account (Account No: 2***8) . Which have all been settled in my favor. However, account is still active and unfairly listed against my name, and on my Experian Credit Profile.

I've just tried to contact Experian Call Centre on ***. More than 30 minutes on hold and I was still not able to speak to anyone or get assistance.

I've sent emails dating as far back as 17 August 2023 to *** With also no response.

I've tried to log another dispute under My Credit Check, however. No option to select this account. As it's one of the accounts I want to dispute.

This is very unfair, as I'm being negatively impacted by this. With absolutely no help from Experian.
