Dispute on credit profile

I have logged a dispute with Experian South Africa and sent all necessary documents for the removal of SWU CREDIT SOLUTION ACCOUNT. Responded saying the dispute has been resolved but still it is on my Experian South Africa credit profile even after three attempts and sending of the dispute in proper tunnels according to their advise but still the SWU solution still stand on my credit profile as in areas hence I sent them all the paid up letters , proof of address,copy of ID and their dispute form. I have done this on more than 3 occasions since last year September and recently in January 2024. The response is it's done but it still stand on my report.
