Dispute not resolved - impacting my life negatively

I have logged a dispute with experian on my credit expert and been making enquiries about it and was told I will receive a mail regarding the resolution of my dispute and that did not happen. This is affecting my life negatively and their call Centre is not answering call. This is a horrific experience and hope for intervention of NCR.
