Dispute not resolved but closed
This has to the ****piest company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have raised a query on the 23rd and this was marked as resolved but my dispute was not resolved at all. Before i raised my dispute, my Nedbank Credit Card account had a clear credit history but it now has 8 months overdue credit history.
This company is honestly a joke and I cannot understand why companies use it for consumer information since the information you provide is inaccurate and no 1 is available to assist. I have raised a complaint with NCR since this is affecting my life negatively.
