Dispute not really disputed.

I have been talking to this company for close to 2 months 5 consultants explaining the same thing no one is willing to help... I was told dispute takes up to 20 days indeed I received a report but still the dispute was not resolve at this point I'm really honestly defeated. They take forever to respond and when they do they tell me about a closed account... And I still explain which account I have a problem with they still ask me the same question.... Responded still I had nothing from them..... Poor service I'm really beginning to think this is done on purpose. I'm trying so hard to clear my name but they are not available to help....

I don't know what I must do now to get help. Every day we discussing the same account with no help. Ay I'm not sure if I should reveal the companies account information on this platform to get help... I don't know anymore....
