Dispute not attended to.

I have never received such a horrible poor service in my entire life... Experian has blue ticked my query like I said I'm beginning to think this is done on purpose. I have been sending emails with no response.... For the past 6 days nobody has came back to me regarding my dispute and my credit score remains affected. :(.
