Dispute-no response

I logged a dispute with Experian via the eza email address about 2months ago and they requested some information including my if etc. I submitted everything to them but I have not heard from them. There is prescribed debt that should have been removed from my account months ago however it’s still reflecting and this is my second attend trying to get something removed by them. I have been trying to call the call centre for months now but they are never available to take a call we are out on hold for hours!!! I urgently need this matter attended to as it’s affecting my profile negatively
