Dispute matter

This service are pathetic!! I phoned in several times and never get hold of anyone the phone just ring . I put in a dispute of an account that must be updated since April 2023 but still there's nothing updated. I emailed Experian SA but never get any responses back. This service are really bad!! Never get the service that you expect
