Dispute investigation finalised red flag remains

Good day

I have sent numerous e mails on reply to confirm when the Dispute Flag will be removed from my credit profile. I have received e mails confirming that disputes were finalised and that my credit profile will be returned to normal within 24/48 hours by system automatically. However this has not happned. My profile remains under Flagged Dispute in spite of investigations being finalised. No replies from e mails either. Please can someone look into this and remove the dispute flag.
