Dispute Account

It's so sad that to get attention or 1 response I néed to come to this platform while my credit score is negative affected and no one seems to care. If the consultant can see that the reference provided is wrong why not just check which account is still reflecting opened and fix that issue... See your records and advised. AGAIN the account that I disputed, I provided paid up letter, I spoke with the company they also confirmed it's no longer on their system it's closed. You guys gave me a report that it's closed... Why then when I check my credit score and it's not reflecting under accounts that are closed to my surprise it still reflecting under accounts in areas!!!
