Dishonest & disorganised company, a discredit to the credit industry

This credit bureau has a website that is very difficult to use. They are acting *******ly too. Every person in South Africa is entitled to a free credit report once a year from all the large credit bureaus. Experian provides you with a “free” report ONLY if you buy another service or product on their website CreditExpert.co.za. You then get pressured to subscribe for annual reports and when you try make a once off payment with credit card you get errors all the time.

I don’t have issues like this with transunion.

This is ***** business and needs to change. If they don’t change it soon I’m going to go to the press about it!
