Disgusting Service

I disputed a listing ar Experian last December, the reverted to me on the 02 Jan 2020 to say the matter has been removed, I still have the email as proof. To my surprise I later discovered that the listing was not removed, I sent through an email in June 2020 that has not yet been responded to till today. I have called numerous times and my calls are never answered. I am so ****ed off with this service. I lost a house I had put an offer on. Their empty promises are so irritating.
