Disgusting service and major inconvenience to clients

I took a temp loan with Fnb on the 5th Jan and repaid in full on the 24th Jan. I noticed it still shows owing and unpaid end of April so I sent a complaint to experian and fnb, fnb provided paid up letter and I forwarded to experian on the 22nd April. I have sent numerous emails requesting feedback on matter as it's an inconvenience to me and shows I have a dispute linked on my ID. I only received a email regarding the complaint being received and can take up to 20 business days to be resolved. We on the 16th businesses day and I have had no response to emails sent on the 22nd April, 29th April, 3rd May, 6th May, 7th May, 10th May and today the 14th. How can you just ignore clients? You have removed account showing paid last week or even week before but it still shows a dispute and I don't have feedback???? I want feedback and matter resolved. Why are you delaying and pushing for your full 20 business days? Disgusting service.....

No contact as yet, no email, no call.... You just send this public response to keep up your image. Rather fix the issue and respond with report and an actual solution. we are on the 17th Business day. Do your Job. I will be reporting this matter to someone higher up. I want an email TODAY advising what the progress and status is of my complaint and I WANT IT RESOLVED!!!!!!

Wow!!! I have received an email on the 18th Business day that Investigation is still in progress. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU INVESTIGATING AND HOW IS IT TAKING SO LONG? I sent the paid up letter, you are not stating what you are investigating!!!! Someone has not done their job so do an internal investigation and updated and resolve my details on Experian. Dispute better be resolved and removed from my account on Monday the 20th May which is the 20th Business day as stipulated by the NCA giving you 20 business days to close.

I did not receive any email advising I would receive feedback by the end of today. I have received my credit report that can be downloaded on Experian. I want to know outcome of "Investigation" and I want the dispute removed from my profile. That is what I have been asking for....
