Disgusting service!

Wow, these guys have no sense of urgency in helping me. I’m in the process of trying to purchase a house. My lease agreement ends soon and I indicated this to them. They have have updated an incorrect report after I settled all my debt. There call centre has you waiting on the line forever. They don’t respond to email at all and their ED system says they putting you through to customer care and you never end up there. At this point I don’t know what to do since this company has no sense of urgency when it comes to helping there clients.
