Disgusting service
Disgusting customer service and not willing to assist customer who are listed by them, I have an active cellphone contract with Telkom Mobile the account was in Arrears for several months and it has been paid and up to date since from 20 September 2024 and till today Telkom and Experian they insist on keeping an adverse listing on my profile even though the account is paid and up to date, I provide them with statements and they keep saying they need a letter from Telkom in order to remove the adverse listing, Telkom indicated that they do not provide such letter if the account is not paid up.

15 Nov 2024, 11:58Thanks for the reply, I don't how many times must I explain this, I will say it again, the account is still active, it's a 24 months cellphone contract which was in Arrears for couple of months and now it's paid and up to date not in Arrears, so there won't be a paid up letter since the contract is still active and will only end in on 20 June 2025. Telkom supp**** me with an account statement which reflect the current balance.
