DISGUSTING EXPERIAN
I am battling to get assistance from Experian. According to their records I am in arrears with 2 of my accounts of which is not true or correct as I have proof. I called my credit providers. Experian blames the credit providers & the credit providers does not have knowledge of sending such info to Experian. I also cannot wait 20 days for Experian to correct their mess.

10 Nov 2023, 14:57Thank u for ur response but according to the latest update I viewed, the issue was attended to yesterday & today the data/info is back to the way it was. The accounts is still listed under arrears of which I am not in. Can this be resolved pls. I suggest u also contact FNB bank to correct this becos they are displaying it on the banking app under Navigate
