Disgusting customer Service

I have been struggling from 2020 to get a paid up account removed from my profile and updated. Even with paid up letters and statements have still been unsuccessful.

This is the only thing preventing me for purchasing my home and beyond frustrating to get someone involved to assist. Disgusting customer service!!!
