Disgusting collusion between DMC and Experian.Experian refusing to send me a recording of their credible evidence.
Experian is colluding with debt collectors who buy prescribed accounts and make up stories as to why they cannot remove or update the account on Experian.I lodged a dispute regarding DMC who bought a prescribed Foschini account and listed it as still active. My dispute results indicates that DMC claims that there is a recording made on 27 January 2023 where I am acknowledging the debt.Ive requested that the recording be sent to me as its my right to be given credible evidence. No such recording has been forwarded to me and I am told it cannot be done due to POPI Act.The matter was reported to the Credit Ombudsman on the 11 January 2023 and therefore no such recording exists as I have never spoken to any of DMC agents telephonically.I have proof of my online chat on the 27th January 2023 where DMC signed me up for a debit order without my knowledge or consent. All this Experian has ignored and continues to further keep the DMC account on my profile and deny me evidence of why it must still be kept there. My credit score is dismal due to DMC and Experian denying me my right to evidence by claiming the Popi Act of which is ridiculous as they have all my personal information. They are allowing DMC to abuse the system by just sending an email claiming there is a recording yet no recording has been given to them or me.If they have such "credible proof" then where is it!!
