Disgusted with Experian SA and compuscan

I've never in my life experienced such poor service you cannot get hold of an agent I put in a request for someone to call me back I sent in a dispute they responded once to my email and never again I am utterly disgusted with this service. My query or dispute has not been resolved at all and I am furious. Accounts that are closed are still reflecting on my report this effects one negatively. My God this company needs to shut down.
