Disgrace!!!

I logged a dispute on 04.03.2022 - I have proof of this. I was told the other day that they would escalate the matter. I phoned today and get told that today is day 1 of day 20 again! This is ridiculous. Day 20 as far as I am concerned is on 01.04.2022. Should this account not be removed from my name I will be going to the Ombudsman and the NCR. *** / CD244637 / Experian - 58603 - I have been given 3 different reference numbers now. Also when you phone them you wait an hour holding before someone bothers to answer the phone if you are lucky to get through to them.
