Disappointing Service

Good day,

I logged a dispute (about 5 times for the same dispute) on my credit report in mid-September 2020. I used the online website (completed the form and submitted the supporting documents). I have received no reference number for all my attempts and no feedback on any of them.

When I try to follow up by calling into the call centre, nobody answers the phones. I've been hold for at least 30 minutes during each of my attempts to talk to someone and follow up on my dispute.

Very disappointing service.
