Disappointed in Compuscan

Last month I send all the information to Compuscan through where I attached Clearance certificate from my debt counselor to show that I have paid off all my accounts and no longer under debt review.The debt review tag was subsequently removed by Compuscan on 24 June 2018.When I checked my credit report this morning, I realized that Compuscan has again loaded the debt review tag on 25 July 2018.

I wonder what would have happened was I not having access to my credit report because I would never have known that this has happened. I am trying to rebuild my credit rate and these kinds of mistakes are really affecting me badly and affecting my credit score which has remained at 595 for how long now whilst it has improved tremendously with other Bereaus.

I’m so disappointed and ask that this matter be resolved urgently.
