Disappointed

I have lodged a dispute and I wanted to do a follow up because none of the banks have been update. FNB, Nedbank, Discovery and all the other companies that I checked with.. Fasta which still reflects negatively and been paid up.. I tried calling Experian and Compuscan but the phone rings and you given options but none go through and now I can't log in... Please help as a matter of urgency..
