Disappointed

Up until this point, the service received from Experian has been great. Unfortunately, I have been struggling to get information updated on their side, the information has been sent to them numerous times to update my report and every time I log on, only one account has been updated. I have also advised them every time that this is the same account but every time, they send an update they ask for the same documents that have already been sent. Does the people requesting the documents not check if these documents have been received, this is tiring and effecting my ability to find a job as this was supposed to be updated more than a year ago.
