Disappointed

I have sent Experian my paid up letter and proof that a creditor has submitted files from my profile but i still cant get confirmation on when this dispute will be removed from my name. My credit score is currently reflecting zero and an agent told me yesterday that the account is still showing as active. i don't understand why when sufficient prove has been provided. This is affecting my life badly I'm so disappointed.
