Difficult to obtain Experian Free Credit Report

I have tried downloading my yearly free Experian credit report but my profile has been blocked. I treid phoning the number on their website but it keeps on ringing. As a final resort I mailed my ID and proof of residence to eza.consumer@experiandotcom and asking for my free report. This was on the 9th of July 2019 and I have not heard anything from them. It seems impossible to obtain a credit report from them if one can't contact them.
