Difficult to obtain credit report

Difficult to obtain credit report. Not allowed to obtain free credit report from their website before I submit ID copy and proof of residence, which I don't mind. But neither email adresses given ********** or ********** has an automated reply that in the least confirms receipt of your documents and informs you how long they will take to process your documents and supply you with a credit report. the contact number provided ***has some options to choose from, but once you've chosen the option for credit reports the phone rings indefinitely - no automated voice message telling you to please hold and that they will be with you shortly. I need my credit report and I don't know when or even if I can expect it.
