Didpute

Good day,i have sent a dispute on the 30th for enquries and duplicate but what compuscan did was removing the duplicate and relist it again.When I call I am told that they will fix only the duplicate but they cannot see the enquiries that I sent the form for together with duplicate.I am now told to use their system for duplicate which I have done several time without any respond but just a message to say successfully logged.I just want to know what is it that I need to do to rectify this ,it is now disgusting to complain about one thing for more than 3 months while they say it takes 20 business working days.
