DESPICABLE & INCAPABLE
I have had an ongoing dispute with them since the beginning of the year and no matter what I do, nothing is done about it! I have repeated myself to them hundreds of times, yet they do nothing. I have two court orders which they are not adhering to, therefore they are in contempt of court, however they choose to ignore this! Why do they even exist if they do not update credit profile accordingly?? Despicable service, if one can even call it service!

20 Aug 2022, 10:32Indeed a consultant did contact me and assured me all would be rectified and that I would get a follow up call. NOTHING WAS RECTIFIED AND NO FOLLOW UP CALL. To date I still struggle with the same problem!!! What does one do to get good service in this country, or service that is due and ordered by the High Court?? At present, Experian are in contempt of court for not adhering to a High Court order - my next port of call is to report them. Because of Experian not adhering to a court order, my credit record is being severely *****ed and I cannot build a good credit record or obtain credit anywhere. This battle has been going on for 8 months now!!
