Delayed service now my problem!

Good day I have been under debt review and removed in 2020. I am now applying for a Bond and was declined because Experian still has me as listed under debt review. They have asked me to file a dispute which will take 20 days. I said I cant wait thislong and I was given the email of a Team leader (Debbie Hughes) to help assist with fast tracking this process- I didnt hear anything from her or Experian in general. The call centre agent asked me if the request was sent in 2020 from the debt review company to them- I said it was and I sent the proof. Still no feedback- nothing! this is obviously URGENT because my BOND APPROVAL depends on this being removed from my name immediately. There is lawyers fees and all that involved so everyday that there is no feedback- its costing me money! I need this sorted out as in TODAY. I sent the proof from the debt review company that they sent the emails to all buraus in 2020- I need this done today.
