DEFAULT TO BE REMOVED AFTER 2 YEARS

Hi

I was listed as default payer for 2 years.

My report shows that my FNB account was moved to PAID UP after that 2 year period had prescribed.

How and why did the account revert backward to being in arrears?

All other bureaus have removed that data after the 2 year period had lapsed except compuscan?

Good day

(Section 73) (Regulation 17) of the NCR act states that the retention period for adverse information that is listed (In this case a default) is 2 years.

This account was listed for 2 years, then it was removed (Paid up)..... and then put back!!!!!!
Someone explain how this is possible and legal??

The retention period for adverse information is 2 years as per NCR act.
