DEFAULT ON CREDIT RECORD NOT UPDATED

I have been calling your call centre for the last 3 months but cannot get through. A paid up default is still appearing on my credit record and this is affecting my ability to get a job!!! This default was updated by Transunion within days of payment but I CANNOT get this cleared on your side. I do not understand how a company responsible for people's credit records could not be accessible. This is unacceptable and further action should be taken against you.
