Default Loaded again after it was removed after 2 years period

Can a default be loaded twice on your ITC. African Bank was loaded by your Company on my credit report for default, which was 2 years ago. After 2 years it was removed, and now I see that Experian has again loaded the African Bank default on April 2023. You are the only ITC company that has done so. I will appreciate clarity on this because there is no law that says once the default that was loaded comes to an end after 2 years and its removed by ITC, it can be loaded again.
